Final Round of Distribution of Essential Food Items and Cash Donation
We are ending our year with the an invitation to join us on the final round in a series of donation events this year 2024. This is in fulfillment of SAM’s commitment to donate MMK 45 million in essential food supplies and financial aid to 12 deserving beneficiaries, assisting them in their crucial Charity work.
This Saturday, 14 December 2024, our donation activity will be at the Kamaswal Youth Development Centre, Kamakalote Village, Kyauk Tan Township, Yangon.
We proudly welcome Grand International Investment Corporation Pte Ltd / Mr Daniel Thio who has generously pledged to equal SAM’s donation of 35 (50kg) Bags of Rice allowing an additional month of supply for the center.

Negotiation is a crucial skill that influences both personal and professional success. With over a decade of experience in peacebuilding, human rights, and gender empowerment, Ms. Kusari has collaborated with international organizations and led numerous workshops on conflict resolution, negotiation, and cooperation. Currently serving as Executive Director of the American University of Yangon, her insights are invaluable.
The briefing will last for half an hour, with the remaining time dedicated to networking among all participating chambers members. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical strategies and connect with fellow professionals.

3rd Round of Distribution of Essential Food Items and Cash Donation

As part of its dedication to supporting social and charitable organizations, on November 9, 2024, the Singapore Association of Myanmar (SAM) continued with its 3rd round of distribution of essential food items and cash donation to its adopted organizations.
1. Maha Gandaryone Monastic Education School
Located in Tharketa Township, the school provides basic education to over 600 students in need.
2. Visakha (Nunnery Teaching Women School)
This institution, located in East Dagon Township, serves as a residence for 35 young girls while also providing education for more than 135 students.
The activity gathered together SAM members with a shared mission to make a positive impact in the lives of those less fortunate.
The 4th round of donations is scheduled on November 23, with the final round on December 14, 2024. More information will be shared soon.

၁) မဟာဂန္ဓာရုံဘုန်းတော်ကြီးသင်ပညာရေးမူလတ်လွန်ကျောင်း
သာကေတမြို့နယ်တွင် တည်ရှိပြီး ပံ့ပိုးမှုများလိုအပ်နေသာ ကျောင်းသား ၆၀၀ ကျော်ကို အခြေခံပညာများ သင်ကြားပေးနေပါသည်။
၂) ဝိသာခါ သီလရှင်သင်ပညာရေးကျောင်း
အရှေ့ဒဂုံမြို့နယ်တွင် တည်ရှိပြီး အမျိုးသမီးငယ်လေး ၃၅ ဦးအတွက် နေထိုင်ပညာသင်ကြားရာ နေရာတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး စုစုပေါင်း ကျောင်သား ၁၃၅ ဦးအား ပညာသင်ကြားပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
ယခုကဲ့သို့လှူဒါန်းမှုများသည် အကူအညီလိုအပ်နေသူများကို လိုအပ်သောအရာများ ကူညီထောက်ပံ့ပေးသွားမည်ဟု တူညီသောရည်မှန်းချက် ထားရှိသည့် SAM အဖွဲ့ဝင်များကိုလည်း အတူတကွ စုစည်းပေးနိုင်သော လုပ်ဆောင်မှုများဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ် နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၂၃ ရက်နေ့တွင် လေးကြိမ်မြောက်လှူဒါန်းမှုအား ပြုလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဒီဇင်ဘာလ ၁၄ ရက်နေ့တွင် နောက်ဆုံးအကြိမ် လှူဒါန်းမှုအား ပြုလုပ်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
လာမည့် လှူဒါန်းမှုများတွင် လိုက်ပါရန် စိတ်ပါတဝင်စားသူများအနေဖြင့် အဆိုပါ ရက်များကို မိမိတို့၏ ပြက္ခဒိန်တွင် မှတ်သားထားနိုင်သလို ပါဝင်ကြဖို့ အားလုံးကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

As part of its commitment to assist and support social and charitable institutions, on 26 October 2024, Singapore Association of Myanmar (SAM) continued with its distribution of essential food items and cash donation to its adopted organizations.
The three organizations are:
1. Education Centre for the Blind
2. School for Disabled Children
3. Training School for Young Women
Giving back to the community and society at large is a principle that has always been at the heart of SAM’s mission in Myanmar.
A third donation to 2 beneficiaries will be held on 9 October (Saturday), and SAM would like to invite all members, friends, colleagues and families to join us for this meaningful event.
SAM works in a spirit of generosity and compassion. A unifying bond to support those in need.
