On 24 May 2026, the Singapore Association of Myanmar (SAM), in collaboration with EFI Myanmar, successfully hosted a health talk on “Joint Pain & Back Pain — When Should You Worry and What Can You Do?”, presented by Dr. Henry Chan, Medical Director & Senior Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon from Singapore.

During the session, Dr. Chan shared valuable insights on the causes of joint and back pain, warning signs that warrant medical attention, and practical approaches to prevention, management, and treatment. Participants also benefited from an engaging Q&A session.
