The 13th HRWG monthly meeting was held by MMBC on 28 July 2026 at its Office and it was an engaging and productive session!
A special thanks to Kenta Takada (Founder & CEO @ PLUS IMPACT), who dialed in live from Vietnam to introduce AI-supported HR tools. The attendees learned how AI can streamline interview screening, match top talent with the right CVs, and help track 1-on-1 appraisals and weekly team meetings seamlessly in our day-to-day operations in Myanmar!
During the meeting, the HRWG members explored about Navigating the Younger/Millennial Mindset and Managing Emotions in the Workplace.
